On the Scattering Bounds for the General Lossless Reciprocal Three-Port

It has been shown that with the help of the separation characteristics of the general lossless reciprocal three-port, the choice of the magnitudes of the three scattering coefficients
s_{11}, s_{22}
, and
s_{33}
is only possible within certain bounds. This point of approach yields the same results as those given by Butterweck.[1]
