Study of stress/strain effects on superconducting composite system a coil simulation experiment on potting

A new facility is completed which is capable to study stress/strain effects on "training" in 'race track' shaped small coil with 120 mm length and 14 mm width. Several potting materials were examined as the important component of "composite" and several new findings are reported.
