The effect of statistically dependent interference upon channel capacity

Bounds are derived and plotted for the capacity of a bend-limited communication channel that accepts signals of specified average power as input, adding to them white gaussian noise and interference of specified average power which may depend on the signal being sent and on all of the other signals in the code book. The upper and lower bounds often coincide, and the exact value of the capacity is then determined.
