A new pipelined-subranging 8 bit 20MHz CMOS AD converter

A low-cost 8 Bit 20 MHz CMOS AD converter with low-power dissipation has been developed by adopting a noble architecture of pipelined-sub-ranging AD conversion. Moreover a new high-speed auto zerod comparator has been realized to sample and hold a high frequency input signal such as video band signal with high precision.
