Current transformer calibration using synchronous sampling

A comparison of current transformers' output current is performed by sampling the output voltage on resistive shunts. The complex current ratio is obtained from sampled data using the 3PSF algorithm. An uncertainty budget is presented for the proposed measurement setup.
