Research of effect of pretilt of molecules on reorientation and optical property of the planar orientation nematic in LC-microlens

The effect of pretilt of molecules on a focal length LC-microlens with planar orientation is reviewed. The comparative analysis of quality of the map is conducted, depending on a type of pretilt. It is shown that the focal length depends on the direction of rubbing of footprints.
