Research and simulation of Spiral squeeze and rub type corn threshing machine base on STM32 sensor

At present, in our country, the traditional manual feeding method is used to collect corn grains, and then the thresher is used to thresh the corn grains. This way affects the life of thresher and the degree of corn threshing, and also causes serious damage to corn grains. It takes time and effort to thresh corn by traditional threshing method, but it can not guarantee that corn can survive breeding under the strong strike. The results need to be tested. Therefore, the automatic screw extrusion corn thresher is designed and designed based on STM32 sensor to realize feeding automation, This paper studies the research direction of the automatic screw extrusion and kneading corn thresher, and the STM32 controller system to realize the automatic feeding of the corn thresher. Then, The objective and controllable factors affecting the work of the automatic screw extrusion and thresher are studied. The calculation of the automatic screw extrusion and kneading corn threshing machine is also studied the simulation algorithm of time step of the machine can understand the productivity of corn drum falling. At the same time, the paper analyzes the net and crushing rate of corn by simulating the traditional thresher and the automatic screw extrusion corn thresher. The results show that the rate of the threshing of the automatic corn thresher (ACT) is 94.37 under the threshing condition of 200kg corn of the same group, while the net removal rate of the traditional corn thresher is only 88.42. In terms of crushing rate, the ACT is only 1.82, and the traditional corn thresher is 4.11.
