An enumerative method for encoding and decoding constant-weight run-length limited binary sequences

We suggest an enumerative method for encoding and decoding constant-weight binary sequences satisfying separate run-length of 0's and runlength of 1's constraints. The method is based on Cover's enumerative scheme and Kolesnik's enhanced set of run-length constraints.
