Simulation analysis and performance evaluation of an UWB system in indoor multipath channel

A statistical model for a UWB indoor channel is considered. The performance of a PPM UWB system is evaluated when Rake receivers with a variable number of fingers are used. The performance of a correlation based channel estimation algorithm is also analyzed.
