Indicators models about service continuity

This paper presents an analysis about indicators of electrical service quality (supply continuity), used by distribution utilities. In particular, the indicators required by the Concession Contracts that ruled the Argentine electrical market, are the control and auditory tools from the government institutions, which represent an economic impact over the utilities. The Benchmarking tools' needs and problems are also presented in this work.
