A comparison of principles of development of information measuring systems and methods of experimental physics for application of obtaining and quality control of nanostructured materials and composites

The paper highlights the problems and principles of development of information measuring systems for various technological application in the focus of development of industrial basis of manufacturing of new perspective materials, such as composites and nanostructured materials. We present the comparison of principles of development of information measuring systems in the aspect of three cases: a perspective technology of obtaining layers of ferrous-group metals, information-analytical system for automation of pressing powders and information support of the perspective new methodology of research and quality control of electrophysical properties of nanostructured composites.
