Automation Control of Emissivity Measurement Process Based on LabVIEW

In order to realize the automatic control of emissivity measurement, a set of automatic control program of emissivity measurement system based on the labVIEW was developed. The program was composed of temperature control, motion control and measurement control. Using the modbus protocol, the setting temperature was transmitted to the thermostat and the real-time temperature of blackbody and sample was read to the computer. The determination of the temperature stable state of the blackbody and the sample is automatic by means of the temperature judge subprogram. The development of the automation control program has contributed to achieve the measurement results in a way of "one key type", which greatly saves time and human resources.
