Stabilization of 14xx-nm high power semiconductor laser by single fiber Bragg grating configuration

Output power stabilization of 14xx-nm high power semiconductor laser is achieved by using single fiber Bragg grating with relatively low reflectivity and large external cavity length. Well suppressed stimulated Brillouin scattering is confirmed for Raman amplifier applications.
