The research of protection from EMP of civil shelter

The authors have been engaged in research of EMP protection engineering for several years and have completed a number of EMP protection designs for shelters. This paper gives some design requirements of EMP protection of dug up civil shelters and places emphasis on common protection steps, and their real measured shielding effectiveness and appraisement.
