Summary:The role of mobile phones in contemporary life is a means to access to the wireless internet service not to mention a device for general communication. Even if additional functions and services are provided for use, the complexity of the phone increases and the usability and learn-ability of the phone would decrease. This paper proposes an innovative man machine interface by implementing the RFID technology into mobile phones. Unlike current MMI, the RFID phone minimizes the key inputs to connect to the wireless internet service that users want to connect to. By using the RFID phone, the wireless internet service usage will be increased with various services provided.
